Mr. Dibowitz joined the Valaris Board in July 2021. Prior to joining the Board, he served as an advisor of Seadrill Ltd., a global offshore drilling contractor, from November 2020 until March 2021. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Seadrill Ltd. from July 2017 until October 2020. Seadrill Ltd. filed for bankruptcy in September 2017. Prior to this, Mr. Dibowitz served as Executive Vice President of Seadrill Management from June 2016, and as Chief Commercial Officer from January 2013.
