All five nominees are members of our current Board of Directors, and have served since the 2014 annual meeting of stockholders. All nominees have consented to serve if elected and we have no reason to believe that any of the nominees named will be unable to serve. If any nominee becomes unable to serve: (i) the shares represented by the designated proxies will be voted for the election of a substitute as our Board of Directors may recommend; (ii) our Board of Directors may reduce the number of directors to eliminate the vacancy; or, (iii) our Board of Directors may fill the vacancy at a later date after selecting an appropriate nominee.
