2004-08-05 Conrad Gunther Conrad Gunther was elected to the Board of Directors at the annual meeting in 2000. In January 2002, Mr. Gunther formed First City Capital Corp. with his 50% partner. First City was organized as a financial consulting firm providing loan and equity placement services. There are no other employees in the Company and the firm has yet to generate any revenue. In July 2000, Mr. Gunther formed E- Billsolutions, Inc. to provide credit card processing to high-risk merchants. These merchants are internet, mail order and telephone order businesses selling products such as prepaid telephone cards, sunlamps and coffee through "infomercials" or through inbound telemarketing. They are unable to qualify for traditional credit card processing. Mr. Gunther is the sole employee of E-Billsolutions, Inc..
