He was appointed the Bank’s fourth President and CEO in January of 1973, at which time the Bank had $17 million in total assets. Mr. Everson has presided over an expansion program that began with the November 1974 opening of the Bank’s first full service branch office in Colerain, Ohio, and which has ultimately lead to twenty banking offices serving the Ohio Counties of Athens, Fairfield, Hocking, Belmont, Carroll, Harrison, Jefferson and Tuscarawas through the Bank’s Community Bank and Citizens Bank Divisions.
