2015-10-20 Margaret Cotter has been a Director of the Company since September 27, 2002, and on August 7, 2014 was appointed Vice Chairperson of our Board. Ms. Cotter is the owner and President of OBI, LLC (“OBI”), which has, since 2002, managed our live-theater operations. Pursuant to the OBI management arrangement, Ms. Cotter also serves as the President of Liberty Theaters, LLC, the subsidiary through which we own our live theaters. Cotter and James J.
