The Charter is available in print to any shareholder who requests it in writing to the Company’s Investor Relations department at Watsco, Inc., Investor Relations, 2665 South Bayshore Drive, Suite 901, Coconut Grove, FL 33133. The directors do not have any compensation associated with stock awards, non-equity incentive plan or "other" compensation, therefore such columns are excluded from the following table. |
