Prior to that, Mr. Moore spent 16 years in the Real Estate Department of the Investment Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he developed and led the firm’s sale/leaseback business and later headed the firm’s REIT banking activities. Mr. Moore has been a guest lecturer on real estate finance and the REIT structure at Columbia University, New York University, and Southern Methodist University. He served as director and chairman of the Audit Committee of Guardian Mortgage Company, Inc., in Dallas, Texas, until May 2016. He is currently an advisory trustee of Borderplex Realty Trust, including serving on its compensation committee. He is also a director and chairman of the Investment Committee for the Paso del Norte Health Foundation and a director of the Paso del Norte Charitable Foundation. Mr. Moore holds a B.A. and Master of Divinity from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.
