She served as Director of Education at the National Governors Association from November 2015 to December 2018. Dr. Samuel currently serves as a Senior Fellow at the Center on the Developing Child at Harvard University, a research center to drive innovation in early childhood education practice and policy. Dr. Samuel’s extensive experience in public education and educational policy development will provide the Board with valuable insight into the Company’s niche market and the challenges and opportunities within that market. |
