Compensation paid to Mr. Turlov reflected in the table also includes salary-related taxes and dues of $9,183. We have an employment agreement with Mr. Tashtitov, which is the standard statutorily required employment agreement for all employees in the Republic of Kazakhstan. This standard employment agreement is limited in its terms and primarily provides for statutory requirements relating to the rights of employees, base salary, and payment of salary-related taxes and dues, which includes personal income taxes and nationally-sponsored pension program obligations. Mr. Tashtitov provides services to the Company on an at-will basis.
