Rick Strattan, the Company's president, with an annual salary of $36,000 and $5,000 per month in restricted common shares of the Company based on 80% of the closing value of the Company's shares on the last day of the month in which the shares are awarded. No shares were awarded under the Employment Agreement in 2003. As of September 30, 2004, 502,318 shares have been awarded pursuant to the Employment Agreement.
