Directors and officers affiliated with the Adviser receive no compensation from the Funds for their services as such. In addition to the amounts shown in the table above, all directors and officers who are not interested persons of the Funds, the Adviser or the Administrator (as defined below) are reimbursed for the expenses incurred by them in connection with their attendance at a meeting of the Board or a committee of the Board.
