He began his career as a consultant with the National Telecommunications Practice Group of Ernst & Young. Mr. Fairfax currently serves on the board of directors of Energous Corporation, where he is the chair of the audit committee. Mr. Fairfax is a certified public accountant with an inactive license in California and holds an MBA degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in Economics, from Whitman College. Our Governance Committee concluded that Mr. Fairfax should serve on the Board based on his skills, experience, his financial literacy and his familiarity with technology businesses. |
