Ms. Hart is an attorney and practiced law for more than 25 years, representing clients in the areas of real estate development, real estate finance and business law. She is now engaged full-time in real estate development and management. Ms. Hart served as vice president and general counsel for John Q. Hammons Hotels for thirteen years. She has developed real estate for affordable housing purposes since 2008 in Missouri, Arkansas and Oklahoma. Active in the community, Ms. Hart has served on numerous community and non-profit boards, including the Board of Public Utilities of Springfield, Mo., Community Partnership of the Ozarks, Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce Board and Executive Committee (Chairman 2016), Discovery Center, Community Foundation of the Ozarks, Care to Learn and Springfield Boy's and Girl's Club Trust Advisory Board. Ms. Hart’s many years of service on numerous community and non-profit boards give her deep ties to the Springfield community and a thorough understanding of local business and economic matters.
