Mr. Daichendt served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Nortel Networks Corporation, a supplier of communication equipment, from March 2005 to June 2005. Prior to joining Nortel Networks, Mr. Daichendt served in a number of senior executive positions at Cisco Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of communications and information technology networking products, for six years, including as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Operations from August 1998 to December 2000, and as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Operations from September 1996 to August 1998. Mr. Daichendt currently serves as a Director of NCR Corporation and previously served as a director of ShoreTel, Inc., from April 2007 to February 2015, Emulex Corporation from February 2014 to May 2015 and Polycom, Inc. from August 2015 to September 2016.
