2022-04-01	H.W. “Mike” Shad III was elected as a director of the Company in 2004. Now retired, Mr. Shad spent most of his career in the retail automobile business in Florida. He was the Senior District Vice President for AutoNation responsible for 32 dealerships in South Florida after he merged his dealerships into AutoNation. Most recently, he was the president and majority owner of Bozard Ford Lincoln in St. Augustine, Florida. In addition, Mr. Shad served five years in the U. S. Army, which included a year’s tour in Vietnam with the Green Berets. Mr. Shad is also a retired certified public accountant, and the FRP Board has determined that he is an audit committee financial expert.
