Dr. Lee earned his B.Sc. at Fu-Jen University (Taiwan), his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in chemistry from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles in 1988 and 1990, respectively, and completed his postdoctoral research at the Loker Hydrocarbon Research Institute of the University of Southern California.
