In that role he specialized in integration and turnaround of new acquisitions. During his 15 years at Regal Beloit, the company enjoyed a five-fold increase in sales. Mr. Drecoll served on the Board of Directors of the American Gear Manufacturer Association and served as Chairman in 2003. Mr. Drecoll received a Mechanical Engineering degree and a Masters of Business Administration from Marquette University.
