Dr. Niloff is uniquely qualified to assist the board because he combines his clinical background as a Harvard Ob-Gyn with his business acumen developed through an MBA degree and as CEO of MedVenture. Dr. Niloff has specific experience in evaluating new medical technology and its implications to cost containment and reimbursement.
