He is a Managing Director in Private Equity at Fortress, which he joined in April 2004. He is also the Deputy Chairman of the board of directors of RailAmerica, Inc. and a director of SeaCube Container Leasing Ltd. Previously, Mr. Adams was a partner at Brera Capital Partners from 2001 until joining Fortress and at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he was in the transportation industry group from 1996 until 2001. In 2002, Mr. Adams served as the first Executive Director of the Air Transportation Stabilization Board.
