Mr. Mansell served as Chairman, CEO and President of Kohl’s Corporation (NYSE: KSS), one of the largest department store retail chains in the United States (“Kohl’s”), until his retirement in May 2018. Mr. Mansell joined Kohl’s in 1982 as a Divisional Merchandise Manager and was promoted to General Merchandise Manager in 1987.
