An additional $6,250, $5,000 and $2,500 per quarter was paid to the director serving as the Chair of the Audit, Compensation and Nominating and Governance Committees, respectively. For 2015, each non-employee director will again receive $20,000 per quarter for serving on the Board, and payments for serving as Chair of a committee will remained unchanged as well, except that the quarterly amount paid to the director serving as the Chair of the Audit Committee will increase by $1,250 to $7,500 per quarter. |
