Ms. Hylton, age 58, has more than 25 years of experience as a senior finance executive in the asset management industry, including serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer for Eaton Vance Corp., a global asset manager. She previously worked as an auditor at Deloitte. Ms. Hylton serves on the board of Sun Life Financial Inc., an international financial services organization. She also serves on the board of Newbury Art Association and Theater in the Open. Ms. Hylton graduated with a bachelor’s degree in English from Dartmouth College and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics. Ms. Hylton brings to the Board her extensive financial industry experience in asset management, insurance, and accounting. |
