Mr. Ellin holds a BBA and a JD degree and is a member of the AICPA, NYSSCPA and the New York State Bar Association. Miller Ellin & Company LLP was also a registered accounting firm with the PCAOB and a member of the Center for Public Company Audit Firms of the AICPA. Effective January 1, 2009 the firm merged into Rosen Seymour Shapss Martin & Company LLP and Mr. Ellin is a retired partner of such firm. Messrs.
