Mr. Cox serves on the board and the audit committee of the Standard Club, the board of Gallo Glass Company, a subsidiary of Gallo, Inc. and the advisory boards of Catholic Charities of Hawaii and the University of Hawaii Shidler College of Business, and, from 2008 to 2012, he served on the board of the Pacific Maritime Association. Mr. Cox holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from the University of California, Berkeley.
