From July 1990 to August 1997, Mr. Coke was an auditor with Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Coke earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting from California State University at Hayward. Mr. Coke is an inactive certified public accountant. Mr. Coke was selected to serve as a director pursuant to the terms of the DFT merger agreement. Our Board believes he possesses valuable financial and accounting expertise, including experience at companies with extensive real estate interests and his extensive experience in his prior positions as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer. |
