Annual Cash Compensation for Board Service Each non-employee director except the Chairman of our Board ("Chairman") and the Chair of the AFC ("AFC Chair") is entitled to receive a cash retainer fee of $100,000 annually, payable in November. The Chairman is entitled to receive a cash retainer fee of $400,000 annually and the AFC Chair is entitled to receive a cash retainer fee of $130,000 annually. Mr. Becht served as Chairman in fiscal 2015 and Mr. Singer served as AFC Chair in fiscal 2015. Annual Restricted Stock Unit Grant Each non-employee director except the Chairman is entitled to receive an annual grant of 10,000 RSUs under the 2007 Stock Plan for Directors.
