Dr. Cunningham is presently vice chairman of the board of directors of Enterprise Products Holdings LLC, the general partner of Enterprise Products Partners L.P., a publicly traded partnership subject to the reporting requirements of the Exchange Act and a director of Cenovus Energy Inc., a Canadian publicly traded independent integrated oil company that was formerly named EnCana Corporation. From 1996 until May 2013, he served as a director of Agrium, Incorporated, a Canadian publicly traded company involved in the agricultural chemicals business, From August 2007 until November 2010, he served as a director and as president and chief executive officer of EPE Holdings, LLC, the general partner of Enterprise GP Holdings L.P., a publicly traded partnership subject to the reporting requirements of the Exchange Act.
