Ms. Bazemore currently chairs the Board of Directors of the Public Media Company and serves on the Board of Trustees of the University of Virginia Foundation for which she also serves as the Chair of the Audit Committee. Ms. Bazemore is also a member of the Advisory Board of the University of Virginia Center for Politics. Ms. Bazemore holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from Columbia University. Ms. Bazemore's extensive legal, financial and operational experience in the banking and real estate industries is a valuable asset to the Board of Directors.
