Ms. Schenk is a member of the Board of Directors of Sempra Energy, an energy services and development company, and serves on the Compensation Committee, the Executive Committee and is the Chair of the Environmental Health, Safety and Technology Committee. Ms. Schenk is also a National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Board Leadership Fellow, a member of the NACD Advisory Council on Risk Oversight and a Fellow of the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs.
