Mr. Becker led Pacific Retirement Services, as Chief Executive Officer for 20 years, retiring in 2010. As the former CEO of a large organization, he contributes his experience with multi-state operations, management of a large work force, and capital financing. Mr. Becker earned a B.S. degree from the University of Oregon and has previously served on other public company boards.
