Ms. Felton has over 30 years of financial industry experience in commercial and investment banking. Ms. Felton was a Presidential Appointee and was confirmed twice by the U.S. Senate to serve on the board of the Export Import Bank of the United States as Vice Chair of the Board and First Vice President from June 2011 to November 2016.
