The deferred compensation plan is not funded and obligations thereunder represent general unsecured claims against the general assets of the respective Fund. Each Fund has adopted a retirement plan. Under the retirement plan, a non-affiliated Trustee who is receiving Trustee's compensation from a Fund prior to such non-affiliated Trustee's retirement, has at least 10 years of service (including years of service prior to adoption of the retirement plan) for such Fund and retires at or after attaining the age of 60, is eligible to receive a retirement benefit each year for ten years following such Trustee's retirement from such Fund.
