He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Partnership for Home Health Quality and Innovation, a coalition dedicated to developing innovative reforms to improve the program integrity, quality, and efficiency of home healthcare. In addition, Mr. Borne has served on the boards of numerous professional and business organizations. In 2009, Mr. Borne was appointed to the Louisiana State University E.J.
